Job Summary

Muscat Chips is looking for a motivated and energetic Van Salesman to join its growing sales team across multiple territories in the United Arab Emirates. The selected candidate will be responsible for selling snack products, building strong customer relationships, servicing assigned routes, and achieving sales targets while representing the company professionally.

Primary Accountabilities

• Promote, market, and sell snack products directly to retail accounts and grocery outlets.

• Service and navigate assigned UAE sales routes efficiently to ensure maximum market coverage.

• Achieve monthly individual and territory sales targets.

• Ensure timely product deliveries, manage van inventory, and maintain precise sales records.

• Monitor product stock levels at retail points and report competitive market feedback.

• Build, grow, and maintain sustainable commercial relationships with store managers and buyers.

Skills & Experience Required

• License Requirement: Must possess a valid, clean UAE Driving License.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Market Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with UAE geography, road networks, and regional FMCG retail environments.

• Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, territory management, and customer relationship skills.
