Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Summary: As an F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service quality standards. Collaborating with kitchen and service staff, you’ll manage inventory and uphold health and safety regulations.

Experience: Proven experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale establishments. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of menu items, wine, and beverage service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Positive attitude and professional appearance.

• Preserve the secrecy of exclusive resources and data.
• Adhere to corporation and sector directives and methodologies.
• Defend corporate apparatus, gear, machinery, or other resources in alignment with organizational guidelines and methodologies.
• Ensure attire, nametags, and personal presentation are immaculate, sanitary, professional, and congruent with corporate directives.
• Fulfill any additional job responsibilities as assigned by supervisors within reason.
