Position:
1.Restaurant and Bar Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, bartenders, and servers.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive sales, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining and bar experience.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure the restaurant and bar are always fully stocked and operating efficiently.
Monitor and maintain quality standards for food, drinks, and service, ensuring consistency and excellence at all times.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Prepare and manage budgets, including labor costs, beverage costs, and overall financial performance of the restaurant and bar.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
2.AC Technician
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, refrigerators, and chillers across hotel rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AC systems, refrigerators, and chillers in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure all systems are operating optimally to guarantee guest comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory.
Follow safety guidelines and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and eco-friendly working environment.
Assist with general maintenance tasks as required to ensure smooth property operations.
