- Oversee the Whatever/Whenever service to ensure guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Lead the team in delivering personalized, next-level guest experiences.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
2)Assistant Welcome Experience Manager (Job#25016074)
- Support the Welcome Experience team in delivering a warm and seamless guest arrival and departure experience.
- Manage front-of-house operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Train and motivate the team to provide exceptional service.
3)Welcome Experience Agent (Job#25018020)
- Be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Provide personalized recommendations and assist guests with their needs.
- Maintain W’s signature service standards to create a memorable guest experience.
4)Door Ambassador (Job#25018037)
- Create a dynamic first impression by welcoming guests in true W style.
- Assist with luggage, valet services, and guest inquiries.
- Work closely with the Welcome Experience team to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.
5)Bell Captain (Job#25018013)
- Lead the bell team to provide seamless luggage assistance and guest transportation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between front desk, concierge, and valet services.
