Role Overview

A catering company in Ajman is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and dedicated Waiters & Waitresses to join its growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing quality dining service, assisting guests professionally, and supporting daily catering operations while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Welcome and assist dining guests in a professional and highly approachable manner.

  • Serve food and beverage selections efficiently while upholding premium hospitality service standards.

  • Ensure all guest dining areas are meticulously cleaned, organized, and structurally well-presented.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal kitchen and catering personnel to guarantee smooth service flows.

  • Adhere strictly to corporate food safety, sanitation, and workplace hygiene protocols.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Professional Background: Prior practical experience inside a hospitality, catering, or restaurant setup is preferred.

  • Core Competencies: Strong comprehension of baseline customer service standards, food serving procedures, and team-based coordination.

  • Interpersonal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the capacity to multi-task inside a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability: Candidates must currently reside within the UAE to be considered for evaluation.
