ACT Hotel and 72 Hotel are seeking a personable, service-driven Waitress to join their food & beverage department in Sharjah. This role centers on delivering high-standard dining experiences across hotel outlets, managing table service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining flawless sanitation protocols in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Main Duties

  • Greet hotel guests with a warm, professional demeanor and guide them through menu options.

  • Capture food and beverage orders precisely, transferring instructions to the kitchen and bar teams without delay.

  • Serve dishes and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation aligns with established 4-star/5-star hotel service standards.

  • Maintain clean, fully equipped dining tables, executing reset procedures efficiently between guest seatings.

  • Address guest inquiries or service requests promptly, resolving basic concerns to guarantee a top-tier dining experience.

  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bussers, and floor supervisors to maintain seamless service flow.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent credential.

  • Residency Status: Currently residing within the UAE and available for immediate employment onboarding.

  • Core Aptitudes: Energetic team player with sharp interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and the physical stamina needed for active floor shifts.

  • Domain Expertise: Practical understanding of food and beverage serving protocols, table setting layouts, and strict international health and hygiene standards.
