Position Profile

The Grooming Company is hosting walk-in interviews for skilled, full-time Nail Technicians to join its salon operations in Dubai. This hands-on role requires high-level technical precision in contemporary nail aesthetics, professional client interaction, and mastery over modern gel, acrylic, and structuring techniques.

Main Duties

• Execute flawless manicure and pedicure services alongside specialized Russian manicures.

• Sculpt premium nail extensions using paper forms, Acrylic, Polygel, Hard Gel, and Gel-X systems.

• Apply Builder in a Bottle (BIAB) treatments and design creative, trending nail art configurations based on client preferences.

• Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service while maintaining an immaculate, sterilized workspace and tool setup.

• Consult with clients on proper nail care maintenance, cross-promoting specialized treatments and salon retail products.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Technical Background: Complete competency across BIAB, Polygel, Acrylics, Gel-X, and precision form-sculpting.

• Current Location: Applicants must currently reside within Dubai and be prepared to showcase practical technical skills.

• Professional Presence: Excellent grooming standards, a customer-centric attitude, and an elegant, presentable demeanor.

• Availability: Candidates who are available to transition into the role and start immediately are strongly preferred.
