Role Overview
Hogar Properties is seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist & Admin Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the office, handling guest reception while executing core administrative, organizational, and operational workflows to ensure daily office efficiency.
Primary Accountabilities

Manage front desk operations, welcoming visitors and handling corporate inquiries with professionalism.

Execute day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining structured records and office organization.

Coordinate internal documentation, manage correspondence, and support cross-functional business workflows.

Utilize productivity software to track operational metrics and prepare office correspondence.
Skills & Experience Required
