Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily invoicing functions with accuracy and timeliness
• Issue invoices and credit memos to customers as per process
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Prepare and send monthly billing statements
• Investigate and resolve any billing errors or discrepancies
• Support general administrative and warehouse documentation tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in invoicing, billing, or administrative roles (preferably in warehouse or logistics)
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/accounting software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
