Position:
1.HSE Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
-
Conduct HSE orientation, induction, and awareness sessions for workers
-
Implement HSE Plans, Welfare Plans, Emergency Response Procedures, Site-Specific HSE Procedures, and Work Instructions
-
Ensure compliance with SSOW (PTW, WMS, Risk Assessment, etc.)
-
Apply practical H2S control measures
-
Conduct HSE inspections and audits
-
Implement incident reporting and investigation procedures
-
Maintain strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
Qualifications:
✔ Any Bachelor’s Degree or 3-Year Diploma (equivalent to a degree)
✔ 3–5 years of HSE experience, with at least 1 year in Construction, Fabrication, Installation, or Commissioning Projects in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries
✔ NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (mandatory)
✔ Other certifications such as IOSH, Diploma in Industrial Safety Management are an advantage
✔ Previous experience as an HSE Officer in similar projects preferred
2. Projects Document Controller
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
-
Assist in preparing and managing project documentation
-
Track and maintain material & equipment purchased for projects
-
Support cost control and project reporting
-
Work closely with Purchase & Stores teams to update and maintain material tracking sheets
-
Monitor and report project metrics against the plan
-
Arrange materials for shortages and follow up with the Purchasing Department
-
Maintain proper commissioning documents and approved data sheets
-
Coordinate with the Design Department to resolve design issues and modifications/hydraulic calculations
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
✔ 1-2 years of experience in document control (preferably in firefighting systems or construction projects)
✔ Knowledge of document management software and systems
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Production Engineer (Powder Coating & Painting)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee and manage powder coating and painting operations to ensure quality and efficiency
-
Allocate work based on daily and weekly production plans to meet tight delivery deadlines
-
Troubleshoot issues related to coating, curing, surface preparation, and equipment malfunctions
-
Monitor process parameters including curing times, temperatures, nozzle patterns, and coating thickness
-
Ensure proper setup and calibration of painting and powder coating equipment
-
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and product standards
-
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company standards throughout operations
-
Supervise and guide shop-floor operators, ensuring adherence to best practices
-
Conduct regular inspections and audits of blasting operations and surface preparation processes
Qualifications:
✔ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
✔ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in powder coating and painting applications in a manufacturing environment
✔ Strong knowledge of curing techniques, nozzle patterns, and blasting operations
✔ Proven ability to troubleshoot coating issues and implement effective corrective actions
✔ Excellent planning, team management, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Knowledge of industry quality standards and safety practices
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
