We are Hiring! Store Manager in Dubai (Telecom – DU/Etisalat Experience Required).
Must have experience with DU or Etisalat
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in DU or Etisalat telecom retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the telecom retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales performance by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best telecom products/services (DU or Etisalat).
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve KPIs, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure proper merchandising of telecom products.
- Customer Experience: Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate sales reports, store records, and ensure compliance with telecom regulations and company policies.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a telecom retail store supervisor/manager role within DU or Etisalat.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record in telecom sales.
- Knowledge of telecom regulations and product offerings in the UAE.
Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred.
