Hiring Receptionist / Guest Relations Officer
Location: Sheraton Hotel Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Greet Visitor in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Directing the guest to the appropriate persons.
- Answer phones proffessionally,screen calls, and route them to the correct personnel.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it’s clean,organised, and presentable.
- Handle mail and deliveries, sorting and distributing them accordingly.
- Perform clerical assistance.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in the similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
