Job Description:
- We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have home country accounting experience and may be new to the UAE.
- Primary responsibilities will be invoicing, posting receipt payments, purchase entries, sales entries, and other basic accounting tasks.
The most important quality we seek is flexibility — someone willing to learn, adapt, and assist across different tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage sales invoices.
- Post receipts and payments accurately.
- Record purchase and sales entries in the accounting system.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Support the senior accountant and management as required.
- Assist with basic reconciliations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Accounting background with home country experience (freshers to UAE welcome).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Highly flexible, eager to learn, and able to adapt to different tasks.
