Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Operations & Licensing Department. The ideal candidate will bring 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, and financial operations, with strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in ZOHO Books, QuickBooks and handling end-to-end accounting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely VAT compliance in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
- Support the licensing and operational finance requirements of the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable, receivable and general ledger transactions.
- Prepare and file corporate and direct tax returns, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of MIS reports, budgeting, and internal/external audits.
- Effectively utilize ZOHO Books, QuickBooks and Excel for financial management and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in UAE VAT, corporate taxation and direct taxation regulations.
- Strong working knowledge of ZOHO Books, QuickBooks and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
