Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Hostess/Merchandiser to join our team at our Lebanese restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, while also ensuring our merchandise and product displays reflect our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station.
- Set up and maintain attractive merchandise displays
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with management.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with brand aesthetics.
- Promote products to guests in a professional and engaging manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, retail merchandising, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and customer-focused demeanor.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to join immediately.
