Description:
Old Bazaar General Trading LLC is seeking an experienced FMCG Sales Supervisor with expertise in Key Account Management to drive sales growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Modern Trade operations and experience managing prominent accounts in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and expand Modern Trade and Key Accounts
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Negotiate product listings, promotions, and activations with key retailers
• Ensure proper in-store execution, visibility, and brand compliance
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports

Requirements:
• 5–7 years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE, including at least 3 years in Key Account Management in Dubai
• Experience handling accounts such as LULU, Al Maya, Choithrams, West Zone, etc., at both Head Office and store levels
• MBA degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of Modern Trade operations across Dubai
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory
• Must be currently based in the UAE
