HR Manager – Permanent Hire

Location: Dubai, UAE

• Candidates MUST be currently based in Dubai.
• Salary: 15,000 AED dependent on relevant candidate experience
• Candidates must have experience onboarding employees and have excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Champion the organisation’s culture and values, ensuring they are embedded in every aspect of the employee experience.
• Oversee onboarding programs that integrate new employees into the company culture and set them up for success
• Monitor employee satisfaction and work closely with leadership to address concerns
• Sports background is advantageous but not necessary
