◦    Recruitment & Selection: Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of each department to manage the full cycle Recruitment process.

◦    Keeping up with input from business administrators/managers for vacancies.

◦   Manage recruitment team and make sure that all external recruitment requirements are affiliated with our internal hiring process.

◦   Creating sustainable Recruitment strategies for hiring purpose. Job posting, Sourcing of Potential candidates through different ways like LinkedIn, Various career sites, Social Media Platforms, Print Media, career fairs etc.

◦   Planning and executing Recruitment & Selection processes (e.g. Candidate Screening, and administer psychological written tests, conduct interviews and presenting letter of appointments).

◦   Coordinate with the HR Team in the high impact onboarding process of employees like (Induction, Orientation, Company tour etc.)

◦    General HR Operations: Create and maintain employee data in the form of employee filling system.

Started HRIS in this organization and directed staff to create new employee’s profiles in HRIS and updating data.

◦    Manage office correspondence.

◦    Actively respond to queries and concerns from employees.

◦    Involved in organizing and executing projects related to Employee Relations. Handle Employee Grievances.

◦    Responsible to maintain and sustain Confidentiality level around the company’s surroundings and protect company’s assets.

◦    Manage and arrange staff training/development program.

◦          Liaise with line managers on disciplinary cases and assist to take necessary actions accordingly.

◦    Provided assistance to Directors in implementing, advising and monitoring appraisal schemes for Staff & Faculty.

◦    Employee Off boarding.

◦    Developed Leave Policies, Appointment Letter, Joining Report, Leave Form and Interview Evaluation Form for this group.

◦   Compensation & Benefits: Design and develop Compensation and Benefits, rewards, salary & incentive structure and other allowances and align all of them with the Company’s Strategic Plan.

◦   Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.

◦   Lead a Team in finalizing the Payroll sheet including tax calculations, manages statutory benefits such as EOBI, Social Security, and also looked into the bank related matters.

◦   Administer annual increments, promotions, demotions, lateral move processes and key talent retention.
