Accommodation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide staff.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Check rooms regularly and report maintenance issues.
• Manage cleaning staff work schedules and duties.
• Maintain stock of cleaning materials and supplies.
• Handle residents’ or guests’ requests and complaints.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and security standards are followed.
• Train new staff on cleaning and service standards.
