Experience Required: Relevant accounting experience (Immediate joiners inside the UAE preferred)

Position Profile

Chocolala LLC is searching for a systematic Accountant to support its core finance team in Ras Al Khaimah. The position focuses heavily on managing daily retail sales verifications, conducting complex cross-channel payment reconciliations, compiling accurate output VAT data, and overseeing cross-border branch financial records within a fast-paced food and beverage retail environment.

Main Duties

  • Generate and issue compliant tax invoices while verifying daily sales receipts across multiple retail branch operations.

  • Reconcile high-volume sales transactions originating from cash, credit card networks, third-party delivery apps like Talabat, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Isolate, analyze, and resolve balancing discrepancies, implementing real-time ledger updates and system corrections.

  • Compile and maintain detailed Output VAT records in strict alignment with UAE tax authority regulations.

  • Perform routine bank statement reconciliations, monitor transaction charges, and follow up on outstanding credit customer balances.

  • Manage incoming payments, receipts, and localized accounting documentation for the enterprise’s Qatar branch operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

  • Domain Expertise: Practical understanding of foundational accounting principles, bank deposit tracking, and current UAE VAT regulations.

  • Core Aptitudes: Advanced reconciliation skills, sharp numerical precision, and the capacity to meet tight monthly closing deadlines.

  • Logistics: Must be currently located within the UAE, ready to start immediately, and able to commute or relocate to Ras Al Khaimah (Male candidates preferred).
