Position Profile

A growing financial services firm in Dubai is looking to immediately onboard a structured Accountant. This position focuses on executing general ledger accounting, assisting with corporate tax files, conducting account reconciliations, and leveraging modern ERP platforms to generate accurate financial reporting.

Main Duties

• Manage daily corporate bookkeeping accounts, balancing general ledgers and tracking accounts payable/receivable.

• Oversee financial record integrity in compliance with UAE accounting regulations, supporting audit preparation workflows.

• Process transaction data entries and generate monthly financial updates using specialized business software frameworks.

• Assist in computing corporate tax allocations or corporate financial reports under senior accounting supervision.

• Reconcile banking statements against internal cash flow statements to isolate and fix ledger variances.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Com or M.Com in Accounting or Finance; holding a part-qualified CMA, CA, or related certification is a strong competitive asset.

• Technical Savvy: Hands-on familiarity running standard accounting applications like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or comparable ERP architectures.

• Core Credentials: Possessing a valid UAE Driving License and a background rooted in professional accounting, audit, or corporate tax environments is highly preferred.

• Competencies: Strong numerical precision, clear financial reporting skills, and an analytical approach to data management.
