• Supervise a dynamic administrative team to ensure seamless daily operations
• Refine and optimize internal workflows for efficiency and speed
• Act as the go-to person for all internal and external administrative matters
• Coordinate across sales, production, and creative departments for perfect project flow
• Manage sample tracking, documentation, calendar planning & client correspondence
• Support evaluators, lab teams & marketing with timelines, presentations & event logistics
• Handle confidential documentation with precision and compliance focus

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 3–5 years in admin or office management roles
• Strong leadership & people management skills
• Problem solver with impeccable organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI)
• Familiar with IT office equipment and admin tools
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws & HR practices (a plus)
• Languages: English (Arabic/French is a plus)
