We’re Hiring! | People Operations Manager – Middle East
Location: Dubai, UAE
Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to drive impact across a dynamic, multi-country region? We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to join our team and lead strategic HR operations across the Middle East.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and regional leadership to deliver seamless people operations and recruitment experiences while ensuring global alignment and local compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and harmonize HR processes across Middle East countries
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
- Oversee recruitment strategies and proactive talent sourcing
- Support talent development, performance management & leadership programs
- Maintain HR data integrity and compliance with internal/external standards
- Provide data-driven insights to improve HR operations and employee experience
- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and strategic hiring
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration (HR certifications like CIPD or SHRM a plus)
- 15+ years of HR experience with at least 10 in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of GCC labor laws and regional HR practices
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS platforms
- Proven ability to lead in complex, multi-country environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
