Role Overview
GroundTruth, a leading advertising technology platform that transforms real-world consumer behavior into measurable marketing outcomes, is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join its remote team. This role bridges pre-sale and post-sale campaign operations, analyzing real-world data insights and coordinating closely with Sales, Account Management, and Ad Operations teams to drive measurable client performance across digital channels.
Primary Accountabilities

Support the Sales division by prioritizing and completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) within assigned operational pods.

Analyze historical campaign metrics and deliver strategic media recommendations structured around specific client KPIs.

Assist in post-sale campaign optimization sequences by utilizing internal data insights and performance reports.

Coordinate technical campaign setup, creative asset scheduling, revision processing, and live execution alongside internal teams.

Monitor ongoing campaign delivery metrics to ensure overall performance meets or exceeds client expectations.

Gather, organize, and maintain research and performance data tracking sheets throughout active client engagements.
Skills & Experience Required

Education & Alternative Track: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or 2+ years of direct experience in ad tech, customer success, or project management).

Industry Profile: 1+ year of active hands-on experience navigating the digital or mobile media landscape.

Technical Frameworks: Proven proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite applications (highly focused on Excel and PowerPoint analytical functions); previous experience navigating Salesforce environments is preferred.

Core Competencies: Clear data translation capabilities, strong professional communication skills, and the agility to manage multiple campaign variables within a fast-paced AdTech workspace.
