Salary: $65,000 – $82,000 base + 15% bonus (OTE $74,750 – $94,300)

Role Overview

GroundTruth, a leading advertising technology platform that transforms real-world consumer behavior into measurable marketing outcomes, is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join its remote team. This role bridges pre-sale and post-sale campaign operations, analyzing real-world data insights and coordinating closely with Sales, Account Management, and Ad Operations teams to drive measurable client performance across digital channels.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Support the Sales division by prioritizing and completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) within assigned operational pods.

  • Analyze historical campaign metrics and deliver strategic media recommendations structured around specific client KPIs.

  • Assist in post-sale campaign optimization sequences by utilizing internal data insights and performance reports.

  • Coordinate technical campaign setup, creative asset scheduling, revision processing, and live execution alongside internal teams.

  • Monitor ongoing campaign delivery metrics to ensure overall performance meets or exceeds client expectations.

  • Gather, organize, and maintain research and performance data tracking sheets throughout active client engagements.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education & Alternative Track: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or 2+ years of direct experience in ad tech, customer success, or project management).

  • Industry Profile: 1+ year of active hands-on experience navigating the digital or mobile media landscape.

  • Technical Frameworks: Proven proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite applications (highly focused on Excel and PowerPoint analytical functions); previous experience navigating Salesforce environments is preferred.

  • Core Competencies: Clear data translation capabilities, strong professional communication skills, and the agility to manage multiple campaign variables within a fast-paced AdTech workspace.
