Position:Â Project Quality Document Controller
Key Responsibilities Collect worksheets and reports daily from the Operations Quality Inspector and NDT Document. Create a report that encompasses production and inspection activities (blasting, welding, and NDT up to the FVI Report) in accordance with the worksheets. Assign maintenance and tracking numbers to all production records. Review the report received from the Operations Quality Inspector for accuracy. Highlight any discrepancies, whether within the report or compared to previous data. Coordinate with the PQ Document/Data Process Supervisor to resolve discrepancies. Ensure that all reports are entered into the COR system and monitor the process according to specifications (MIS, IT, and MPS). During the preparation of the IRN Shipment or MCD (Mechanical Completion Dossier), verify that all reports
are complete and accurate before submitting them to the PQ Document Supervisor or PQ Engineering for review and approval by the client representative. Generate a daily progress report that covers production and inspection activities for internal use. Provide all necessary supporting documents for each project closure or MRB (Material Review Board).
Education:Â Possess at least a Diploma III in any field.
Experience:Â Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar QC role.
Skill:Â Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more). Be capable of handling complex tasks, conducting data analysis, and preparing documents.
