Job Description:
We are looking for a Document Controller to manage and oversee documents for our team, ensuring proper organization, timely updates, and accessibility of records. Candidates with an engineering background will be given preference.
Only male candidates will be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company documents (soft and hard copies)
- Ensure all documents are properly named, stored, and filed
- Track document versions and revisions
- Distribute documents to relevant departments/staff
- Scan, print, and copy documents when needed
- Assist in data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely document submission
- Maintain confidentiality and security of documents
Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with good skills are welcome)
- Engineering background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of document control procedures
- Good communication and time management skills
