Role Overview

Azizi Developments is expanding its operations infrastructure and is seeking skilled engineering and technical personnel to fill seven specialized openings within its Facilities Management division. These positions are responsible for ensuring high-quality property preservation, equipment lifecycle management, and preventative technical services across the company’s real estate portfolio.

• Swimming Pool Engineer

• Landscape Supervisor

• Gym Equipment Service Technician/Engineer

• MEP Supervisor

• Site Supervisor

• Chiller Technician

Primary Accountabilities

• Execute specialized engineering, diagnostic, and maintenance workflows tailored to the specific technical role.

• Conduct routine property inspections, diagnose systemic mechanical/electrical failures, and deploy preventative maintenance schedules.

• Maintain physical plant equipment, recreational installations, and structural facilities in absolute alignment with UAE municipal safety guidelines.

• Track operational equipment metrics, archive maintenance service histories, and compile technical status updates for senior management.

• Coordinate cross-functional tasks with on-site sub-contractors and internal facility teams to minimize facility downtime.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Services, or a closely related field.

• Domain Expertise: Robust operational background handling large-scale commercial real estate systems, MEP infrastructure, or specialized facility assets.

• Operational Readiness: Ability to adjust swiftly within a fast-paced property management environment; candidates with immediate availability to join are highly preferred.

• Core Competencies: Clear diagnostic troubleshooting skills, safety compliance awareness, and strict attention to technical documentation.
