Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in ERP implementation or ERP support

Position Profile

eMatrix Software is seeking a motivated ERP Implementation Executive to join its technical deployment team in Dubai. This role bridges the gap between software capabilities and client business needs, focusing on gathering user requirements, configuring specialized system modules, delivering training programs, and providing functional troubleshooting during and after software go-live phases.

Main Duties

  • Support ERP implementation lifecycles from preliminary requirement gathering and mapping through to final system deployment.

  • Configure ERP software modules to align with client operational workflows, specializing in functional areas like Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and HR.

  • Conduct interactive user training programs and offer structured post-implementation technical support.

  • Execute rigorous system testing to verify functionality, isolate software bugs, and verify data migration accuracy.

  • Draft, organize, and maintain detailed project documentation, system configuration logs, and client training materials.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional Background: At least 1 year of hands-on experience troubleshooting ERP systems, working in software support, or assisting with client-side implementations.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of core business workflows, database configurations, and testing methodologies. Prior familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and e-Invoicing protocols is a distinct advantage.

  • Core Aptitudes: Excellent problem-solving skills, structured analytical thinking, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business users.
