Position Profile

Flora Hospitality is recruiting an energetic, guest-centric Front Office Supervisor to oversee its front desk operations in Dubai. This leadership role centers on managing daily reception workflows, supporting the front-of-house team in maintaining hospitality benchmarks, and resolving guest issues promptly to secure an elevated stay experience.

Main Duties

  • Coordinate daily front office operations, ensuring seamless, efficient workflows across reception shifts.

  • Oversee guest registration, room assignment, check-in, and check-out protocols.

  • Provide direct operational support, training, and motivation to front desk receptionists and concierge staff.

  • Address and resolve guest grievances, specialized requests, and inquiries with professional diplomacy.

  • Manage front desk cash drawers, process financial transactions, and reconcile payment processing logs under rigid hotel policy constraints.

  • Liaise with Housekeeping and Engineering departments to optimize room readiness and accommodate VIP arrivals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.

  • Professional Background: Proven supervisor-level experience within a 4 or 5-star international hotel ecosystem.

  • Technical Systems: High operational proficiency navigating Opera PMS (Property Management System).

  • Core Aptitudes: Excellent command of English, standard hospitality etiquette, reliable cash-handling experience, and the capacity to lead calmly under pressure.
