Position Profile

A prominent organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a bilingual Events Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to direct the conceptualization, logistics, and execution of institutional events. This role manages end-to-end event strategies—including high-level conferences, exhibitions, and corporate campaigns—while leading vendor relationships, promotional messaging, and multi-department coordination.

Main Duties

  • Formulate and deploy annual event schedules aligned with corporate marketing and public relations goals.

  • Direct total operational execution for conferences, workshops, trade exhibitions, forums, and recognition ceremonies.

  • Draft event-related communication assets, press materials, and promotional campaign copy across physical and digital media.

  • Liaise with external agencies, media partners, venue suppliers, and internal stakeholders to secure smooth event delivery.

  • Track post-event analytics, evaluate KPI performance, and maintain strict compliance with company branding guidelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Professional Background: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience running corporate events or managing public relations initiatives.

  • Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in both Arabic and English is strictly mandatory.

  • Domain Mastery: Sharp knowledge of stakeholder engagement, promotional campaign management, media coordination, and event project planning.
