Position Profile

OBS Real Estate is recruiting an organized and proactive Facilities Supervisor to direct daily property preservation and asset management operations in Dubai. This position centers on scheduling building maintenance, coordinating external service contractors, carrying out routine safety safety audits, and preserving the functional integrity of commercial or residential real estate assets.

Main Duties

  • Direct day-to-day facilities operations, supervising both reactive repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance workflows.

  • Audit the performance of outsourced contractors and third-party technical vendors to ensure alignment with corporate quality benchmarks.

  • Execute comprehensive facility walk-throughs and structural safety checks to guarantee full operational compliance.

  • Log precise building maintenance histories, generate service reports, and manage technical facility documents.

  • Troubleshoot building system failures quickly, implementing durable solutions to minimize tenant disruptions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Holder of a recognized Bachelor’s Degree or technical Diploma.

  • Credentials: A valid United Arab Emirates driving license is mandatory to support mobile site supervision.

  • Language Proficiency: Clear, effective verbal communication traits in both English and Hindi.

  • Domain Mastery: Practical comprehension of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) operations, building safety guidelines, and vendor service level agreements.

  • Availability: Candidates residing locally who are prepared for immediate professional deployment are highly preferred.
