Position Profile

Zanaya Shipping Services LLC is looking for an organized and detail-driven Export Operations Executive to join its shipping and logistics division in Sharjah. This role focuses on streamlining international cargo movements by administering container bookings, securing optimal carrier rates, auditing comprehensive transport paperwork, and supervising customs interfaces to ensure frictionless supply chain velocity.

Main Duties

  • Coordinate container space allocations and place formal freight bookings directly with ocean carriers and logistics vendors.

  • Source, analyze, and compare competitive sea and land freight quotes from network providers to optimize operational margins.

  • Compile, audit, and finalize essential maritime and customs paperwork, including Shipping Instructions (SI), Bills of Lading (BL), and Export Declarations (ED).

  • Interface with exporters, border authorities, and transport dispatchers to align load weights and clearing requirements.

  • Track ocean vessel statuses, monitor transshipment timelines, and maintain updated tracking reports for commercial clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Domain Experience: Two or more years of hands-on experience navigating freight forwarding environments or international export desks.

  • Technical & Trade Competency: Absolute clarity on global Incoterms, customs frameworks, transport documentation variants, and cargo routing logistics.

  • Core Aptitudes: High adaptability under tight sailing cut-offs, rigorous administrative precision, and fluent English communication capabilities.
