Role Overview

A prominent corporate enterprise is looking for a seasoned Financial Accountant specializing in full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable architectures to support its fiscal teams in JAFZA and KEZAD. The position demands a systematic professional to drive transactional accounting accuracy, preserve strict cash flow balances, and execute ledger control mechanisms within high-volume industrial operations.

Primary Accountabilities

• Administer end-to-end billing workflows, client verification pipelines, collection strategies, and aging balance evaluations.

• Coordinate incoming vendor invoices, match purchase documentation, authorize payments, and finalize supplier statement reconciliations.

• Execute multi-currency bank account reconciliations, manage digital corporate payment systems, and evaluate internal operational expenditures.

• Input financial transaction blocks into SAP, generate structural modules reports, and organize cash flow projections.

• File regional UAE VAT declarations, implement statutory accounting compliance rules, and organize transaction folders for audit reviews.

Core Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Systems Expertise: Heavy professional background navigating SAP software suites (specifically focused within the AR and AP functional modules) combined with advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills.

• Industry Insights: Long-term corporate history navigating the distinct inventory, supply chain, or trade regulations common to manufacturing, logistics, or import-export operations.

• Technical Frameworks: Clear operational knowledge of modern UAE VAT rules, closing protocols, and standard corporate accounting workflows.
