Position Profile

BAIC UAE is seeking a commercially driven Fleet Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to manage and grow its corporate client base across the Emirates. Operating out of Dubai, this position is responsible for identifying corporate purchasing trends, managing B2B relationships, constructing competitive fleet pricing structures, and negotiating volume vehicle transactions to hit expanding regional distribution targets.

Main Duties

  • Identify, pitch, and secure high-value fleet accounts and volume vehicle sales contracts with corporate partners.

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for corporate client portfolios, maintaining high client satisfaction metrics.

  • Draft, customize, and deliver persuasive commercial sales proposals and financial terms to prospective institutional buyers.

  • Direct orders through the administrative pipeline, coordinating with logistics, finance, and delivery teams to ensure timely vehicle handovers.

  • Audit local automotive market movements and competitor pricing packages to identify new commercial opportunities.

  • Document and manage prospective leads and customer accounts within internal tracking databases.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Professional Background: Proven transactional background within automotive showroom or B2B fleet sales environments.

  • Language Skills: Highly fluent bilingual capabilities in both Arabic and English to effectively negotiate complex local corporate transactions.

  • Key Strengths: Advanced negotiation tactics, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a self-motivated, target-focused mindset.

  • Licensing: A valid United Arab Emirates driving license is highly advantageous.
