Position Profile

Hypersonic Shipping LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its business development team in Dubai. The role centers on identifying new business opportunities, conducting field-based client acquisitions, presenting freight forwarding and supply chain services, and negotiating commercial logistics contracts to expand the company’s regional market share.

Main Duties

  • Source and secure new commercial accounts within the regional freight forwarding and maritime/air logistics sector.

  • Manage client relations, providing dedicated support to existing accounts while nurturing a pipeline of new corporate prospects.

  • Travel throughout the local territory to conduct face-to-face client sales pitches, consultations, and corporate presentations.

  • Structure and issue accurate freight rate quotes, negotiating pricing terms and volume-based shipping agreements.

  • Track local trade and logistics market trends to locate untapped commercial cargo avenues.

  • Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to coordinate seamless cargo movement and high-quality client support.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Core Competencies: Strong relationship-building skills, excellent negotiation techniques, and a proactive, target-driven work ethic.

  • Domain Experience: Practical familiarity with air, sea, and land freight services, customs clearance processes, and B2B sales cycles.

  • Mobility: Comfort performing outside field sales; possessing a valid UAE driving license is a distinct competitive advantage.
