Role Overview

Ahalia Medical Group is looking for dedicated, customer-focused Guest Relation Executives (GRE) to support its clinical hospitality operations in Dubai. This front-facing position serves as the core connection point between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring efficient clinic flow, handling incoming medical service inquiries, and creating an organized, empathetic patient environment.

Main Duties

  • Deliver hospitality-driven customer service to incoming patients, relatives, and medical visitors.

  • Direct front-desk administrative logistics, facilitating seamless patient check-in workflows and clinic arrivals.

  • Field individual patient inquiries, resolve patient service concerns, and provide prompt, accurate assistance regarding facility layouts or scheduling.

  • Liaise efficiently with medical, nursing, and billing departments to coordinate multidisciplinary appointment continuity.

  • Maintain an orderly, compliant front-office space that reflects high standard institutional medical service benchmarks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

  • Professional Background: One or more years of practical administrative history handling front-desk workflows or receptionist desks within a hospital or polyclinic setting.

  • Geographic Standing: Applicants must be currently located inside the United Arab Emirates for local onboarding.

  • Domain Competency: Robust knowledge of modern clinic reception operations, medical scheduling frameworks, and customer relationship management practices.

  • Interpersonal Traits: Polished verbal presentation, active listening skills, and the capacity to adapt calmly to a high-volume medical environment.
