Communik Marketing Management Est. is hosting walk-in interviews for the role of Relationship Officer at their Dubai headquarters. This front-facing sales and account management position is designed for driven professionals who excel at cultivating client portfolios, identifying customer financial and business needs, promoting tailored company services, and achieving monthly performance milestones.

Main Duties

  • Initiate, cultivate, and sustain active partnerships with new, walk-in, and established business clients.

  • Generate organic pipelines of prospective leads utilizing outbound calls, direct client engagement, and local referrals.

  • Recommend specific commercial services and promotional campaigns tailored to matching client business goals.

  • Administer client records, update business profiles, and log transactional touchpoints within the internal CRM system.

  • Resolve inbound inquiries, troubleshoot service concerns, and coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure rapid turnaround times.

  • Compile and draft daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance trackers for administrative review.
