Position Profile

Liwa Education is seeking an enthusiastic educator to join its academic team at the Al Mushrif Campus in Abu Dhabi. This role centers on instructing middle and high school students, translating historical events into engaging classroom discussions, and designing interactive lesson plans that cultivate critical thinking, cultural appreciation, and global perspectives.

Main Duties

  • Design and implement comprehensive, curriculum-aligned history lessons tailored to middle and high school age groups.

  • Lead dynamic classroom discussions that push students to analyze source materials, challenge assumptions, and think critically about historical milestones.

  • Develop innovative learning materials and utilize modern educational technology to maximize student engagement and participation.

  • Assess individual student progress through structured evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support academic development.

  • Establish a supportive, orderly, and inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse student backgrounds.

  • Liaise with parents, fellow educators, and school leadership to track student milestones and address academic needs.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in History, Education, or a closely related academic discipline.

  • Credentials: A formal teaching qualification, license, or credential is highly preferred.
