Hiring for Arabic speaking HR Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports to: CHRO
The HR Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all human resources functions in line with the company’s vision, mission, and competencies. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company’s business goals, overseeing the entire recruitment process, designing and delivering training and development programs, establishing and managing a performance management system, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, acting as a point of contact for staff-related issues, administering compensation and benefits programs, formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures, tracking and reporting on HR metrics, and organizing and leading employee engagement activities.

Key Qualifications:

- Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages.
