Position Profile

Excellence Center is looking for an experienced Human Resources Executive to manage its staff operations in Dubai. This specialist-level role covers end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, internal policy compliance, local recruitment, payroll syncs, and employee relations. The position requires a dedicated bilingual generalist capable of resolving workplace issues and optimizing corporate workflows.

Main Duties

  • Serve as the primary, high-accessibility HR touchpoint for company staff and administrative leaders.

  • Coordinate the full staff lifecycle framework, including new-hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, leave tracking, monthly payroll input checks, and employee exit procedures.

  • Audit and maintain real-time employee data assets, compliance logs, and physical/digital HR documentation.

  • Support line management by delivering clear guidance on best practices, performance improvement planning, and internal workforce regulations.

  • Administer employee investigations and handle dispute resolutions while maintaining strict adherence to corporate compliance guidelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related professional discipline.

  • Linguistic Skillset: High-level verbal and written fluency in both English and Tagalog is mandatory to facilitate staff relations.

  • Industry Background: Prior experience navigating HR administrative frameworks within the UAE Tadbeer sector is highly preferred.

  • Domain Mastery: Sharp working knowledge of UAE labor laws, local employment regulations, payroll data inputs, and structural conflict resolution.
