Position Profile

EmiStraits has been retained by a prominent Dubai-based real estate brokerage to secure a strategic Recruitment Manager. This dual-function role targets a seasoned specialist capable of driving full-cycle talent acquisition strategies to source high-performing property brokers, while concurrently supervising foundational human resources operations and corporate onboarding pipelines.

Main Duties

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on building high-volume talent pipelines for real estate agents, property consultants, and administrative staff.

  • Design and deploy proactive sourcing methodologies, utilizing specialized networks and regional headhunting channels to attract top revenue producers.

  • Administer broad-spectrum human resource responsibilities, including updating internal employee policies, guiding onboarding tracks, and tracking contract compliances.

  • Partner directly with executive leadership to evaluate quarterly staffing shortages and align workforce planning with corporate growth metrics.

  • Refine internal candidate assessment rubrics to ensure an efficient, professional, and compliant interview process.

  • Industry Tenure: Deep, verifiable experience navigating talent acquisition within the competitive UAE real estate market landscape.

  • Geographic Standings: Candidates must currently reside locally within Dubai to facilitate rapid integration.

  • Domain Mastery: In-depth knowledge of real estate hiring benchmarks, employment branding, and general UAE labor law practices.

  • Availability: Strong preference will be extended to qualified professionals who are available to start immediately.
