Role Description
Dubai London Hospital Group is looking for a patient-focused and highly qualified Inpatient Pharmacist to join its clinical team. This role focuses on delivering safe, effective pharmaceutical care to admitted patients, requiring close collaboration with physicians and nursing staff to ensure optimal medication management within a premier hospital environment.
Core Responsibilities

Review and verify all inpatient medication orders for absolute accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and overall patient safety.

Dispense prescribed pharmaceutical treatments in strict alignment with hospital guidelines and local regulatory policies.

Partner with multidisciplinary medical teams to optimize therapeutic medication plans and provide direct clinical guidance.

Monitor admitted patients for potential drug interactions, adverse treatment reactions, and overall pharmaceutical effectiveness.

Maintain precise digital pharmacy documentation and actively participate in medication safety programs and quality improvement initiatives.
Candidate Prerequisites

Education & Licensing: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent qualification) backed by a valid DHA Eligibility Letter or an active DHA Pharmacist License.

Industry Background: Mandatory prior experience working specifically as an Inpatient Pharmacist within a hospital or clinical ward setting.

Language Fluency: Professional bilingual fluency in English alongside either Arabic or Tagalog is strictly required.

Clinical Competencies: Robust understanding of inpatient clinical pharmacy practices, hospital information systems, electronic prescribing platforms, and therapeutic monitoring protocols.
