Position Profile
Mediclinic Dubai Mall is seeking an empathetic and patient-centered Registered Nurse to join its specialized Radiology – Breast Unit clinical team. This role is focused on managing clinical risks, administering evidence-based diagnostic nursing care, coordinating patient pathways within the imaging suite, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team of radiologists and specialists to maintain clinical safety.
Main Duties

Administer specialized clinical nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic screenings and procedures within the breast imaging unit.

Champion patient safety protocols by proactively identifying, reporting, and mitigating potential clinical risks.

Coordinate multi-disciplinary care pathways to ensure a supportive, seamless, and compassionate patient experience.

Guide, mentor, and support junior nursing colleagues, trainees, and operational healthcare learners on the unit.

Maintain rigorous compliance with international healthcare benchmarks, ethical standards, and local UAE medical regulatory frameworks.

Update patient records accurately within the electronic health database system.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Professional Background: A minimum of 2 years of foundational nursing experience in your home country; prior background inside a UAE healthcare setting is highly advantageous.

Technical Mastery: Practical computer literacy with solid familiarity navigating MS Office applications and modern digital health record systems.

Linguistic Skills: Professional-tier verbal and written communication proficiency in English is required; basic conversational Arabic skills are a beneficial asset.
