Salary: AED 7,000 – 11,000 per month

Position Profile

A growing commercial enterprise based in JAFZA is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to oversee its technical infrastructure and corporate digital environments. This role centers on maintaining network uptime, administering enterprise cloud ecosystems, deploying hardware assets, and enforcing robust cybersecurity protocols to ensure smooth, secure daily operations across all departments.

Main Duties

  • Deliver day-to-day technical assistance and system troubleshooting for on-site and remote company staff.

  • Administer and maintain local network architectures, covering LAN/WAN frameworks, Wi-Fi access points, routing protocols, switches, and firewalls.

  • Provision, deploy, configure, and service corporate hardware assets including laptops, desktop workstations, printers, and peripheral equipment.

  • Manage the corporate Microsoft 365 tenant, supervising email configurations, distribution lists, and employee access permissions.

  • Monitor system health metrics, manage automated data backup schedules, and oversee local cybersecurity defense measures.

  • Maintain a detailed IT asset inventory log and coordinate technical escalations with third-party service vendors.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

  • Technical Frameworks: Advanced knowledge of Windows server environments, Microsoft 365 cloud administration, network security, and data recovery systems.

  • Core Aptitudes: Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills, structural problem-solving habits, and the capacity to balance multiple user demands simultaneously.

  • Language & Preferences: Strong professional English communication skills are required; prior IT infrastructure experience within the UAE market is highly preferred.
