Position Profile

The Saeed Lootah Foundation is searching for a proactive and highly professional Executive IT Support Specialist to deliver dedicated technical assistance directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This hands-on position requires navigating across multiple corporate sites in Dubai to guarantee the flawless operation of executive computing devices, secure network infrastructures, and critical audio-visual systems.

Main Duties

  • Deliver immediate, high-tier technical support for executive workstations, laptops, smart devices, and peripheral hardware.

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows systems, Microsoft 365 applications, secure Wi-Fi access points, and routing configurations.

  • Configure, test, and manage corporate audio-visual networks and video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet).

  • Oversee executive boardroom readiness and provide live technical moderation during high-profile corporate meetings.

  • Liaise with central corporate IT teams and external tech vendors to fast-track issue resolution while maintaining absolute data discretion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

  • Domain Mastery: In-depth technical grasp of Windows deployment, cloud-based office ecosystems, local network troubleshooting, and media systems.

  • Professional Attributes: Highly trustworthy with a commitment to corporate confidentiality; prior experience backing C-suite executives is a distinct advantage.

  • Mobility: A valid UAE driving license is preferred to smoothly facilitate on-site technical coverage across diverse local properties.
