Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT & Automations Expert to optimize our technology and automation processes. This role involves developing and maintaining real estate websites, automating marketing campaigns, and integrating data analytics to boost lead conversion and customer engagement. The expert will streamline workflows, ensure website security and compliance, and work with marketing and sales teams to improve business processes. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency is also key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & implement data management strategies to ensure data integrity, security & accessibility.
- Use analytics tools to derive insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop & enforce cybersecurity protocols
- Provide technical support to company on IT systems & automation tools, conducting training sessions
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to assess & implement new technologies, ensuring they align with business needs & enhance operational effectiveness.
- Website Development & maintenance: Ensuring optimal performance, SEO & seamless integration with 3rd party systems like CRM & platforms.
- Marketing automation: Develop, implement & manage automated marketing workflows
- Data integration & analytics: Integrate marketing data with website analytics tools, automate lead flow, & leverage data insights to optimize marketing strategies, campaign performance & user experience.
- Automation of Operational Workflows: Design & implement automation for repetitive tasks in sales, marketing & customer service.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams: Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to design & implement technology-driven solutions that enhance campaign effectiveness, improve lead conversion
- Website Security & Compliance
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies in IT, marketing automation, and real estate, recommending and implementing new tools and techniques
- Customer Experience Optimization: Utilize automation to enhance the digital customer journey, providing personalized content, property recommendations, and seamless engagement across all touch-points, from lead generation to purchase.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT management or automation, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in website development and maintenance (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms)
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Proficiency in data analytics and tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO and website optimization techniques.
