Job Summary

Sentient by Elysian is expanding its production team and is seeking talented Junior Engineers to relocate to its operations in Dubai. This opportunity is structured for hands-on, technically skilled professionals who thrive on working with real-world mechanical and digital architectures, resolving complex technical challenges, and assembling, testing, and maintaining advanced industrial engineering configurations.

Open Specializations & Focus Areas

• Mechatronics & Electronics: Integrating electro-mechanical linkages, wiring automated components, calibrating internal sensor arrays, and verifying circuit telemetry.

• Mechanical & Fabrication: Running system stress testing, tracking assembly structural integrity, working with specialized engineering tools, and overseeing component installations.

Primary Accountabilities

• Assemble, construct, and structurally validate physical engineering systems and core industrial components.

• Diagnose operational errors, run troubleshooting isolation scripts, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Assist senior project managers with the design, development, and active deployment of technical projects.

• Execute regular quality inspections to ensure all field engineering work aligns perfectly with corporate safety standards.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize system uptime, mechanics, and operational reliability.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.

• Geographic Parameter: Candidates must currently be residing in India and prepared to transition immediately to full-time deployment in Dubai.

• Technical Expertise: 3 to 4 years of documented, hands-on industrial workflow background focusing on systems assembly, equipment calibration, and structured testing methodologies.

• Interpersonal Traits: Clear technical problem-solving capabilities, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work safely and effectively inside a collaborative manufacturing environment.
