Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion. Strong architectural knowledge and procurement expertise are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee all project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Effective change management strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Manage project finances, including invoicing, payments, and cost control.
  • Prepare and submit project reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong architectural knowledge and understanding of design principles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Fluency in English and Turkish.
