Shurfa Bay Restaurant & Cafe is seeking a structured Purchasing & Junior Accounts Executive to manage local supply chains and assist with transactional accounting. Based in Abu Dhabi, this combined position supports daily hospitality operations by maintaining vendor agreements, auditing internal stock registries, managing petty cash allocations, and executing baseline accounts payable entries.

Core Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily ingredient and material purchasing pipelines, aligning with external food and beverage suppliers to guarantee timely delivery.

  • Execute vendor invoice reconciliations and provide data support to the centralized accounts payable (AP) workflow.

  • Catalog precise records of transactional receipts, purchase orders, and corporate ledger modifications.

  • Conduct regular kitchen and storage stock counts to uphold internal inventory management targets.

  • Regulate on-site petty cash records and support administrative managers during monthly cost-control analyses.

  • Populate financial tracking spreadsheets inside Microsoft Excel to map operational cost margins.

Candidate Specifications

  • Academic Background: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 1 year handling procurement and stock control dynamics explicitly inside a restaurant or F&B setup.
