Position Profile

Elite Extrusions LLC, a prominent player in the aluminium manufacturing sector, is looking for a structured and analytical Accountant to anchor its financial tracking systems in Ras Al-Khaimah. This position is built for an experienced professional capable of managing comprehensive corporate ledgers, processing complex banking imports, and maintaining strict regional tax compliance frameworks.

Main Duties

• Oversee the accounts receivable ecosystem, cross-referencing invoice generations against raw commercial ledgers.

• Reconcile diverse incoming financial assets, processing corporate cheques, wire transfers, liquid cash assets, and Letters of Credit (LC).

• Monitor aging schedules to track outstanding collection lines and clear payment variances directly with commercial clients.

• Formulate technical export documentation, sight documents, monthly sales performance summaries, and staff sales incentive structures.

• Administer primary corporate petty cash reserves, log credit card statements, and compile actionable forward-looking cash flow projections.

• Supervise the preparation, audit, and filing of monthly VAT returns while maintaining structural alignment between tax data and general financial balance sheets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Industry Expertise: 5 or more years of battle-tested accounting operations, preferably inside local manufacturing, logistics, or industrial frameworks.

• Technical Frameworks: High-tier command of Microsoft Excel for parsing macro-driven spreadsheets, constructing forecasting matrices, and running audits.

• Domain Mastery: Practical, hands-on experience handling complex banking documents, LC generation steps, and active UAE VAT compliance regulations.

• Personal Attributes: Strong investigative problem-solving skills combined with precise mathematical accuracy and close attention to detail.
